Learning Focussed Leadership in the Netherlands

This week I had the pleasure of facilitating the beginning of a year-long leadership course with leaders from around the world- Nigeria, Uganda, Switzerland, Portugal, Bermuda and the Netherlands.

We shared conversations looking at current research that will influence and impact our decisions as school leaders to improve student learning.

We discussed our experiences of leadership, what works well where and why.

We were able to visit an international school in the Netherlands and used this opportunity to think about how they use data to inform their decision making and improve learning.

A great week of discussion, reflection, action planning - all with the theme of developing leadership, to bring about school improvement and improved student learning.

I look forward to hearing how their leadership impact projects come to life over the course of the next twelve months!
