Middle Leadership Learning in Malaysia

This week I had the pleasure of leading the International Leadership and Management Programme, which is especially designed for middle leaders, at Nexus International School Malaysia.

The four day course is an opportunity for new or existing middle leaders to consider their role in improving learning, focusing on individual school context, experience and current research around leadership.

Middle Leaders are given the opportunity to pause and reflect about what they do in their role that can most impact learning and how to bring about improvements over time, through focusing on the data that informs their decision making.

Working collaboratively over the four days and creating a trusted, safe environment the participants were able to consider the next steps in their leadership role to help them bring about learning gains for their students.

It was a really enjoyable, learning focussed four days together, thank you to everyone who participated.
