International Leadership and Management Programme

February saw the conclusion of the International Leadership and Management Programme for Senior Leaders, a whole year course that was extended during lockdown with a focus of improving student learning through action research.

It has been my pleasure and privilege to be part of this journey through coaching and facilitating face to face and remote professional learning to passionate and dedicated educators around the world from a variety of contexts, from Early Years leaders, to Boarding Schools from Bermuda, Switzerland, Nigeria, Portugal, Netherland, Malaysia and Singapore.
